Role: Account + Partnership Manager

Location: London (Offices currently in Brick Lane and Vauxhall with the Warehouse just off Old Street Roundabout) 2/3 days a week in the office

Salary: £36,000pa - £38,000pa - plus a discretionary bonus & comms scheme dependant on candidates previous experience.

Benefits: VIP access to events + festivals in the UK and Ibiza. Laptop provided.


The Role

  • Will become the main POC for clients, nurturing existing accounts (such as Amex, Nike)
  • Build relationships and partnerships with new accounts to ultimately increase revenue through more events.
  • Reaching out to warm leads, responding to leads that come through, and open up these potential accounts and partnerships.
  • Attend events and other networking opportunities, setting up the makeup artists and networking with professionals at these events.
  • Start to take ownership on the outreach side of things, there’s already a sales template in place but they can amend this if they wish.
  • BAU – driving to events, dropping kits off, going to the storage units. 
  • Going on meetings to speak with potential brands
  • Potential to open up and grow the sponsorships side of the business.
  • Reports into Events Director works closely with Marketing Manager and will manage the 2 interns.
  • Utilise the current database to reach out to prospect companies to partner with


The Candidate

  • Must be able to drive, car not necessary but preferably over 25 for insurance reasons
  • Have some experience building relationships, managing partnerships or affiliates 
  • Strategic, enjoys admin il.e using excel but also hands on with the creative side 
  • Passionate about diversity 
  • Someone who sees this as a huge opportunity to grow and learn
  • Ideally from a similar industry
  • Could be currently a Partnerships Exec, Account Manager even on the Ecommerce Side
  • Open to someone who is from a small start-up OR big brand but wants to step away and have their ideas heard
